- Standard Shipping: $5.99. Cost‑effective for non‑urgent orders, handled by our regular logistics partners. Delivery lead‑time: 15‑20 days.
- Express Shipping: $15.99. Priority logistics for fast receipt.
- Free‑shipping threshold: Standard shipping fee is waived for order subtotals ≥ $40 (tax excluded). This promotion applies to standard shipping only; express shipping still charges $15.99.
IV. Delivery lead‑time note
Delivery duration is subject to destination distance, international customs clearance, carrier status and seasonal peak volume. Exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Track parcels via tracking number in shipping email.
V. Notes for international buyers
‑Recipient bears all import duties, taxes and customs charges. ‑Fill in complete, accurate shipping address plus valid contact phone number. ‑Redelivery caused by wrong address incurs extra charges borne by purchaser.
VI. Delivery issue handling
Email service@deppea.com with order number and supporting details immediately if: ‑Package fails to arrive after dispatch; ‑Outer package shows obvious transit damage; ‑Received items differ from your order.
